Home Party Recritement Duds!Hello Party Plans friends,

I am about to let the cat out of the bag so you had better read carefully!

Too many people have duds occupying space in there business organizations.  I am going to show you how not to get so desperate do sign up anyone with a pulse into your business

The common philosophy that is taught in the MLM/Network Marketing Industry is “recruit, recruit, recruit.”  That said, in order to get that commission check, you must get BUYING customers in order to earn money.

Does this sound familiar to any of you?  You are not selling you are sharing!

Many in the Home Party Plans/Direct Sales keep their focus strictly on recruiting.  I hear this all day, I want business builders, I want 10 people a day to call me.  Which may at first seem all well and good, BUT what most people are not aware of is that recruiting is one of the most difficult  methods of selling and gives the least return on investment.

Don’t believe me?  Have you tried selling your business to family are friends lately? How about the three-foot rule?  How is that working for you?

In May 1998 Issue Money ‘N’ Profits Magazine unveiled the article, which I now excerpt:

With the recent crackdown on MLM companies who focus on signing distributors to be wholesale product buyers, instead of retail product movers, it is more important than ever to learn how to develop friend customers as the foundation of your business.

This one concept alone will double or even triple your sales volume almost overnight. The questions to ask yourself are:

1) Would you rather have 1,000 distributors buying $100 at wholesale for themselves, or 100 distributors each moving $1,000 in product monthly?
2) Which is easier to attain?
3) Which one offers retail profits to each distributor thus locking them into your compensation plan long term?

I have been frequently known to say in many a consultation, which you would rather have 1000 business builders each with an out-put of zero, or do you want 100 customers each with a potential output of $100?  1000X0=0, whereas 100 X $100= $10,000!

Most home party plan consultants and direct sales people fail to recognize the fact that customers are the life-blood of their business and that they are paid solely for the acquisition and retention of customers. Regardless of whether you focus strictly on your own sales or expand your business through building your network marketing downline team, you only make money when a product or service is sold.

To truly improve your cash flow and begin to experience exponential growth in your income and overall business profits, you need to develop a customer base of loyal customers.
